Review content:
As a grad student, I don't have the time or energy to go out and party like in my undergrad days, so when I do, I have found that, of all the pubs and clubs in the Boston area, Hennessey's is the one place I can depend on for a good time. The music is a fun mix of hits from the 80's, 90's, and now, and they frequently host one of Boston's many cover bands (my favorite is Swerve) so once the place starts to really fill up after 10pm, there is some good dancing among a mellow crowd of twenty- to thirty-somethings. I've never left this place without meeting some interesting people and heading over with the group to their nearby North End apartment for an after-party or to Cafe Pompeii for some late night eats. Put simply, Hennessey's is a guaranteed good time. =)
