Hello, I usually do not do this but I had one of the most terrible experience at this bar. A bunch of us went out bar hoping on Saturday night and ended up at Hennssey's around 10 oclock. After waiting in line we got in. The bouncers were very rude and looked over my id and my gf id a couple of times (both valid Ma Ids). Once inside, I went to the bar to get a couple of drinks, which took me at least 15 mins to get. After we got our drinks we had to wait to go up staris for 15 to 20 mins as I watch others just walk upstairs. Finally we went upstair and there was so terrible cover band playing, no coat room for my gfs bag. We ended up leaving because everyone was rude and what not. As we got back to my apt (12:30ish) my gf was missing her purse. We proceeded to call the bar and no one would pick up. Finally serveral tries later I got a bartender which hung up on me. A couple moer tries I got a another bar tender, I asked her to get a pen and go into a back room so I can hear her and she can her me. She hung up. This happened 5 or 6 more times. Finally I got a manager his name is Mick. This guy was the most rude manager I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation to him that either she lost the wallet there or it was stolen. I also explained my disappointment in the customer service I recieved, left my number and name to call me if the wallet was found. I then received a call back later. Mick said they found the wallet and that I was a piece of Sh*t. We making a long story short, I will not support a bar who staff is rude and will tell everyone I know not to support this bar. Sorry for the rant- J
