Owner's name is Joe. He's been lock up for insurance fraud and all other problems. This company has been sue numerous time for theft. They tend to steal things left in the car that was towed to the shop. After so much complaints and lawsuit, I dont know why the city gives them authorization to tow and medallions. You can go to Brooklyn or Queens small claims court clerk's office and you can check on the computer how much times they were sued. Good business doesn't get sue all the time. Take your business somewhere else. You don't want your car get stuck there when Joe get arrested for god knows what. Good Luck.
