Review content:
Do not rent from Aarons on Branchview Dr. in Concord, NC. I rented a refrigerator from them and this month I was late on making my payment. A man from the store called my supervisor and my ex-husband wanting me to call them. They have all of my personal contact numbers, so why did they call them??
The manager wanted me to come to the store on Friday to give him a post-dated check or he would come to my house to pick one up - NOT! I was sick all day in bed and could not get to the store. I sent an email to Aarons and told them the situation and the district manager called me. He was rude and made the entire matter out to be my fault.
DO NOT rent from this store unless you want to be harassed and talked to like trash. As soon as I am able to obtain another refrigerator, they can take this one and...well you know what they can do with it.
