our driver was David. He was 45 min late. He came in horrible clothes and very unprofessional. It was for my daughters 16th B-day. He said he would bring balloons and have sodas in the car. None of that was done. The air-condition was not working and it was 96 degrees. He was rude to the girls and when they would ask him a question he would tell them to figure it out themselves. The limo was dirty. Please do not use this service.
