Review content:
So the first thing I will say is this review should be rated excellent, instead of good. Let me briefly explain why it's not. First off, the dental staff was fantastic. The woman who did my x-rays and dental work was fantastic. The woman on a second visit who did my cleaning was equally fantastic. Both of them were very personable and skilled, not at all what you expect from a dental visit. So why the low review? Well both times I went to Perfect teeth before any work was done I was shown a bill of what each item would cost me and what my insurance covered, which is how it should be. Both times before leaving I paid the amount owed for my bill. About a week later I received a bill saying I owed more money. What this actually showed was the insurance didn't pay them what they expected for the work done and instead of dealing with the insurance company they decided it would be easier to pawn the difference off on me. I threw that bill in the trash. It's not my job to pay what the insurance chooses to debate paying. It's their job to talk to the insurance company and settle the problem. To think I recommended the place to about five people after my experience there before I received this surprise.
