Absolute worst experience ever. Took a car in for a check up. The said front brakes were worn down. It's a relatively new car with relatively new rotors, so this should mean replace the brake pads. Instead, they tried to claim that the car needed new rotors. Had taken the car to a different mechanic previously and was going here for a second opinion. Previous mechanic assured us that the brake wasn't even low last they looked at it. The did confirm the other problem, and quoted a price 7 dollars less than the other mechanic had. Then presented a bill for 100 dollars over quote. Totally dishonest. Probably filed down the brakes themselves. Go here only if you like getting screwed.
