After hearing about the harassing letter that a 911 police officer recevied from your company about the flag that honors those who died in the MOST tragic event in US history was very disturbing to me. Comments that were made by a representative from your company saying that until the rules are changed he can only fly one authentic American Flag. However the flag that was shown is authentic in its own right. You as the company have the ability to amend or change the rules of the HOA. As a citizen of the USA I am embarssed by your company and those who have made the complaints.
