Yes they did the right thing! From the start on the phone, to the end result, I had my Wheel Repaired! It was an older model out of stock. They had it soldered, and it is good as new. I can't put into words how it feels being taken care of from their Sincerity. Great Communication from Jeff, to the other workers who showed only what a customer needs... Respect, Informative Answers, Choices Given of Options, and Old Time Values! Reliable, Knowledgeable, and I feel Trustworthy!!!
