Review content:
Since Christmas has approached us so quickly this year, just like every year....time was running out for christmas photos of the kids. After a very positive experiance at Image Express a few years back, we decided that one hour photo might be the best thing for this year. Sadly it was far from the best...The staff was increadably rude and unprofessional. They wouldnt put the kids in postition, they stood behind the camera and ordered us around, they couldnt get the kids to laugh, and expected us to know what crops they should use. By the end of the pictures being taken, the kids were crying and I was not very happy. The pictures were not done on time, the prices were outrageous, and again the service was horrible. I worked so hard to have cute pictures, but they were far from cute. I will never go back to Image Express. If you want cute pictures and excellent service, I suggest Sears! They do an awesome job and I know from personal experiance they keep you smiling!
Pros: Absolutely NONE!
Cons: unfriendly staff, horrible prices, and no effort from staff to make the best of the pictures
