I moved to Tucson a month ago and the first property I rented had a broken water line 2 days before I moved in. Moving truck was on its way-I had no place to send it! I walked into Rathbun and they had some very nice houses in the same neighborhood. I went and looked at a few the same day and chose one right around the corner from where I originally rented. The house was very clean and ready to move in. I was able to get approved the same day and moved in on schedule. There were some problems with the A/C and they sent a worker out as soon as I called. I am very happy with this company.
Pros: Nice, clean homes
Cons: App and credit report fees
