Businiess name:  Quantum Mechanics

Review content:
I have taken my cars to mechanics in five cities for forty years, and the best experience by far is Jim Mabry of Quantum Mechanics. Three different cars, across six years, probably fifteen repair incidents, all performed flawlessly, on time, at reasonable cost. But here's the Key: I have no personal or family relationship with Jim; have never even seen him out of his shop; but I was treated like I was his brother. Here are three JM quotes I recall: ""Your gas cap was left slightly loose, which triggered the FIX ENGINE light. I tightened the cap and reset the light. No charge."" ""I don't recommend you make this repair."" ""I found a part in Phoenix; can have it here tomorrow and installed by Friday; cost X$."" Note to Citysearch: When someone says she had a bad meal at my favorite restaurant, I shrug: it can happen. But Jim Mabry ""nasty"" ""unethical"" ""ripped off""; that CANNOT happen. Suggest investigation of these reviews/reviewers. I now live 1,000 miles from Quantum; almost certainly will never see Jim again. But those kinds of disparaging reviews can hurt the integrity of Citysearch, if they are founded in malice.
