Review content:
There are many terrific burger joints and I have eaten in many of them located all over the country. But Tessaro's is unique and no others are like it. I am a chef who has cooked in many kitchens and tasted great burgers before. Tessaro's has a unique kitchen where bugers are butchered and made in the same location. The combination of top cuts like File and Strips combined with Fatter meats make for true Meat flavors that dance on your tongue and are tender to the mouth. The wood grill adds balance and complex layers of smoke flavor to this tender treat. No other bugers come close. Anyone who thinks they have tasted a better buger has not eaten at this place.
