Someone gave me a gift certificate for $20 and the final bill was 15.35 and they (Lu Lu's) refused to give me the change and said -- ""We dont give change from a gift certificate""-- ------------i then said i wanted to take out 2 soups to put on the check and they would not let me do it, said i would have to start another check-------- if Lu Lu's is this cheap giving change from a gift certificate (i never heard of such a thing--it may not even be legal) , we may be getting shortchanged on overall food quality in a very big way---------I WILL NEVER EAT AT LU LU's ever again...
