Growing up in the area, I found this place about 10-15 years ago and have been hooked ever since. Anytime I travel back to Erie, I have to make a trip to Fiddle Inn for their wings and fresh cut fries. This past weekend I had the opportunity to stop in and the slight price increase is the only thing that has changed. The parking lot is still full of holes and rocky, the building looks like it's going to fall over with the gust of a strong wind and the food is still amazing. Now to the important part...the wings. Having won multiple competitions for chicken wings you'd expect a good wing...well you'll get it if you have the chance to stop in. The wings are meaty, high quality of nature and fried to crispy perfection. I guess on certain nights they have the full flavor range available, but on Friday it was limited to about 25 different flavors. Surely, still enough to fit your taste. The staff isn't the friendliest, probably because it's full of regulars, and since I'm not a regular any longer, I can understand that. One thing that I would recommend is that they put a stall door on the toilet part of the men's bathroom. It's kind of creepy when you're going to the bathroom and someone else is staring at you while you're going.
