In 08 I bought a new Dodge 1/2 ton pickup To run in my business I pick Dodge cause of the life time power train warranty. Cause I put 50 to 60,000 miles a year on the truck .I don't haul or pull any thing just drive a lot of miles.So I also wanted the life time extended warranty that Chrysler sold.I made it very clear that it had to cover everything no matter how many miles I drove and that it would be used i my business. The salesman told me that this warranty was the very best and do not tag my truck commericial. I thought the warranty was a Chrysler but NO it is called MAPS cost $2500.00 . Frist time I try to use in 2010 on a $1100.00 repair the warranty no good MY TRUCK IS A BUSINESS TRUCK!!! .Call and talk to Doug Travis( TOP DOG) for 3 weeks got notting but the run around .So cancell the warranty myself .If you have a problem call CHRYSLER AND FILE A COMPLAINT .CHRYSLER WILL DROP THEIR DEALERSHIP IF THEY GET TO MANY COMPLAINTS!!!
