I recently lost my stylist to retirement and was looking for another - I kind of stumbled across Alter EGO in city search for the triangle. The name kind of threw me off, I started thinking high brow, snobbish, snooty, etc. But I did call and Trevor answered the phone. He was sooooo nice, helpful and so I booked an appoint with him. He did a great job listening to me and assessing where I think I want to go as I transition from red to blonde highlighted hair. I thoroughly enjoyed what he did. I am glad I went because I did not experience anything close to snobbish in the salon - everyone was very sweet and attentive and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. My next appointment is this week and I can't wait to continue my transition to a new style and color. The studio has a wonderful open atmosphere and almost Zen feeling.
