Thomas Petrelli seemed really interested in my case (for a minute). He got my credit card number and a signed contract, then took off out of the country on vacation. Since I live in a whole other state we had to do the contract thing through e-mail and faxes. When I arrived in Pa. and contacted him by telephone, I was then told he was on vacation,, go figure, when I explained to his secretary I had to be in court in an hr. she said, ""UM, let me call you back"". So here I am over 600 miles away from home standing on the sidewalk in front of this courthouse with no Lawyer, But Thomas Petrelli has 1,500.00 of my money and he's on vacation, Then my phone rings this woman told me her name was Julie and she was going to represent me. she said she is now a part of thomas petrelli's law firm. She meets me in front of the court house looks at me Holds up a folder and says,, "" brief me on your case I just got this on my desk this morning"" I was dumbfounded to say the least, I had hired Thomas 3 weeks before my case and was a little worried that wasn't enough time. The case was a PFA case ( it's all a big mess retaliation for a child custody hearing) anyway as I just stare at this Julie person in disbelief she says,, why don't you just plead guilty you don't have to worry about anything, you don't live in this state (PA) anyway.. I was floored!!! Not ONE SINGLE thing in the PFA order is true,, not one! I wanted to scream ar her,, Lady R you F-----g crazy??? The PFA is in retalation of a custody battle, my EX thinks if she wins a PFA she automatically gets custody of my kids.. She's a drug addict, she told me she wasn't going to show up in court, I'm just going to cross my fingers and hope for the best... So we go into the court room,, and guess what?? She didn't show up. case dismissed. I get back on my plane fly 630 miles back home. and she files another one the next day. She did exactly what she said she was going to do, I explained to julie what my ex had planned to do. She said if she files again, just call me. We'll take care of it. So I called. thomas petrelli said ""Um that will be another $1,500.00. Julie doesn't work for the firm anymore,, My thoughts are Did she ever? really? I WOULDN'T RECOMEND THIS LAWYER TO MY WORST ENEMY ! This site is making me give him a rating,,so I guess I have to click a star to get this out there. But he doesn't even deserve one not even a half of one
