Review content:
Went there for the first time yesterday w/4 friends for Restaurant Week. The space was gorgeous and the menu was imaginative. The Lavraki fish was great and I enjoyed the honey walnut cake. The service, however, brought the experience down completely. The server, who was dressed like a manager but had zero serving skills and/or ettiqutte, was vapid, snotty and totally absent for most of the meal (although he couldn't stop hovering after he presented the check). I was under the weather and didn't order a lot and the server could not have been more clear about how much he disapproved of my choice. Despite my four friends all ordering full meals a round of cocktails and 2 bottles of wine, he managed to make 5 rude remarks about my smaller order! I am in restaurant management myself, and i understand how busy Restaurant Week can be but the place simply wasn't that full and the server gave the impression that even had the place been completely empty who wouldn't have changed his attitude. As one of my friends put it at the end of the meal, ""He wasn't the worst server I've ever had, but if this wasn't Restaurant Week and I had just paid $150 for my meal, I would have been pretty angry.""
Pros: Ambience, Food
Cons: SERVICE!!!!
