DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!!! Horrible customer service. My girlfriend took her laptop in and paid the 99 dollars + tax for the VIP service and they didn't fulfill their part of the contract they made her sign without explaining what it was and this is after paying for it. The next day they say it will cost 160 dollars plus extra labor just to replace her old 320 GB hard drive with the worst hard drive they have. I did tests and hooked up a perfectly functioning external hard drive with a windows 7 OS and it still didn't work which means it's not the hard drive. I did those tests before taking it in to them and they still insist it is the hard drive. They completely refused to refund any of her money back because they claimed labor is non refundable. They didn't even do anything! The worst service ever!!!
