Review content:
I can promise you that you will get terrible customer service when trying to purchase a vehicle, and no one will put your best interests first. I was chastised for wanting to provide great customer service, and the sales manager tried to run off most of my customers by ripping them off, treating them in a patronizing manner, and behaving in an extremely prejudiced way. I am nothing short of shocked that the behavior of the current management that exists in 2008 at WI Simonson. They will beat you up into a decision, and over-charge you for as much as they can get away with. They claim to have sales and special events, although there is no change in price. The only statement I can make is buyer beware, and go to Southbay or even Mercedes of Beverly Hills (although, I hear that they have many of the same practices). I was harassed, degraded, and in the end, they deleted my name from my deals and, even though my customers called to complain and some refused delivery of their cars, the dealership kept my commissions, and claimed that I never made those sales. This is a criminal, criminal environment. Pros: Mercedes-Benz are nice vehicles Cons: Criminal activity, patronizing management, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER
