Review content:
Valley Heating & Cooling has been doing my maintenance for years, so I called them when my unit started failing. They found that the problem occurred because the coil had rusted through.
The technician was so nice, and I felt no pressure to buy. He laid out all of my options and explained everything to me. I was very comfortable with the process. I elected to buy the AC/Heating system because it was time. The furnace was the original one from 1988. So I had the whole system updated.
And because I was able to finance it through my utility bill is worth it.
I couldn't ask for more respectable gentlemen. They arrived on time and then went up into the attic, where the unit was. It must have been 100 degrees. I don't know how they did it. I'm impressed they survived! But they did, and my system works wonderfully! I have talked to others about it and highly recommended Valley Heating.
