Review content:
My mother and I went to the Margaret Michell House & Museum over the weekend and were not very impressed. We tried to pay our admission with two twenty dollar bills and they didn't have change forced us to pay with a credit card. I would think that a tourist attraction would be equipped with plenty of change for cash paying tourist. The tour of the house was very plain. We went to tow palor rooms that only had pictures hanging up on the walls. We then went to apartment #1 which was nice and interesting, but it was way too small to have 20 people croweded into the living room. Being crowed into that room didn't allow you to see everything in the room. I felt that we were really rushed through the entire tour so that a wedding reception could take place. Pros: Parking, Gift Shop Cons: Crowded tour, Rushed through
