I'm not sure what you all would normally refer to as luxurious, but this is NOT it. The rooms are in obvious need of renovations to be considered top-rate. It's a great location and the grounds are terrific. However, the furniture and rooms are visibly worn and outdated. Even the televisions are old -- and who ever heard of a 19"" TV on the floor??? Honestly, the newer Red Roof Inn on the corner couldn't have been much worse. The Doubletree cookies were the best part - but these are standard at ANY Doubletree, not just this one. Honestly, I expect much more from a Doubletree.
