I had a horrible experience here. I had a jacket altered, for $30. When i got the jacket back, it didnt even fit right, completely unwearable for me- almost like they did it for someone else. I went back to the store, put it on and showed them the erros, which they agreed it had. They said they would fix all the error for an additional $25. I said I wanted it corrected for nothing- or my orginal $30 back- never mind I cant wear the jacket anymore. I was told to either pay up more money, or leave. I was stunned. I WAS ALSO STANDING THERE WITH MY THREE YOUNG CHILDREN. So Rude, but more so- grossly inappropriate was their behavior in front of the kids. I am filing in small claims court-. PEOPLE LIKE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
Cons: POOR WORK, BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE PERSONNEL!
