In those 20 years of service we have sadly come to accept that we cannot please everybody no matter what we do. \r

There will always be that person who is never happy with the results and believes their only recourse is to bad mouth instead of reaching a mutually acceptable solution. \r

The reviewer ""Betty Kemp"" aka ""Liz G"" is an ex-client who tried to avoid paying her bill - then bad mouthed us when we sued her for non-payment. We got paid in full when the court awarded a judgement against her! Bad mouthing us (with a pseudonym we easily traced back to her) is surely sour grapes.\r

Erica P (aka Erika H. as we knew her) also tried to get out of paying her bill and complained about us not meeting her unrealistic expectations. She even complained about work we had not been contracted to do. After negotiations back and forth she finally agreed to pay in full on 6/18/12. \r
