I have been to the Hixson Pike location a couple of times when couldn't get in to see my regular physician. You would think that this clinic would be government sponsered due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. The doctor I went to for a 2nd opinion on my pnuemonia laughed at my holistic doctor's methods. you will wait less time than if you went to the emergency room, but as I was self pay and the first thing after hearing that, the desk staff barked off the cost of an office visit, as I was wearing a t-shirt that day that said, I don't pay my medical bills. Also, during my visit in the waiting area, a crazy man walked in the yelled profanities. I am guessing that this corporate entity does not provide their staff with much praise or compensation, either way, not the patients fault.
