Wanna learn how to fight like the pro's in the UFC and Pride then come check out this gym. The instructors are great!! They are all highly skilled in the various fighting styles now made popular by the UFC like jiu-jitsu, muay thai, kickboxing, judo etc. Not only that but all the instructors have fought in the sport and or competed so you will be trained by experienced people. The atmosphere is great and everyone is willing to help each other out. Mike, the owner and head instructor is AWESOME!! He has great knowledge and patience when he teaches techniques. I've been training here for years and aside from learning a great deal in jiujitsu I have made life long friends. YOU HAVE TO COME TRY EXTREME MMA OUT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
