Review content:
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night and my first beer was a very nice full pour. My second beer was quite low, so I asked my server to please have it topped off, which she did. Finally my third beer came and it was worse than the second, so I took it up to the bar myself and asked the bartender to please top it off. She angrily grabbed my untouched beer off the bar, dumped it forcefully into the sink and then repoured the entire beer. I was shocked, as this had never happened to me before, and I said ""Wow, you didn't need to dump it, I just wanted it topped off!"" She did not say a word to me and I went back to my table. A few minutes later the manager named James came over and ordered me rudely to LEAVE THE BAR. I was shocked and asked what the problem was. He stated that I had called his bartender the ""B"" word, TWICE. I emphatically stated that I had done no such thing, that I had no angry exchange with her at all. He then grabbed my almost full beer, took it away from me, got my check, refused to refund the cost of the beer he stole from me, and was horribly rude to me. Our server was very nice and confided that this bartender had been angry when she had brought my second beer up to be filled. So much for the customer always being right. This was the first time anything like this has happened to me. I'm not sure if I was more embarrassed or angry!!!
