This Company is out to scam people. I actually worked for this company for a few weeks and it sure didn't take long to realize there are out to rip people off. While I worked there we did satisfactory surveys and 98 percent of customers were unhappy with their purchase. That is ridiculous. The sad thing about it is all of their customers are elderly, and most don't have much money. To sale an elderly person three thousand dollar hearing aids that don't even work is a lot of money out of his or her way. When a customer would call we were instructed to tell he or she, ""It takes at the minimum six adjustments before it is perfectly adjusted to your hearing loss"". It was just a way to push a complaining customer away. Plus, the supervisor over customer service is a total sexual harrassing pervert.
