First let me explain my story....Had a problem with my chimney being blocked....Bottom line this severly impacted using my wood stove during one of the coldest nights of the winter (below zero tempatures). My problem actually turned out to be an issue with my woodstove and the chimney. I called all around and no one could get to my house for a week or so. Until... I called Keystone and spoke to Jay... He immediately came out to my house within and hour of the call was able to resolve my problem. I am very grateful to Keystone for their Prompt and Professional Service.
