Bought a Volvo several years ago, car has been a complete lemon. I tried to get rid of the car for another a few months later after purchase and they offered me the same car for $100 more a month???!!! So I kept the car since it was under warranty. I had new tires on my car- at this dealership. Never thought much of it, until I went to take a tire off and all of the wheel nuts were stripped. They did this and wanted to charge me $350+ for something they did. They torqued the nuts on so tight when I tried to get them off, it broke, which would've needed to be replaced anyway. They made me pay for the one that snapped off due to their mistake. Not only was this an inconvenience, but a safety hazard if I needed to change a flat. I argued and they threatened to call police. I plan on taking this to court due to several occassions of unfair business practices. I'm not the 1st- a year ago they were caught selling a car that was in an accident (due to DUI of an employee at Santo) and then sold it as brand new. Greg Santo is a crook. NEVER again! Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!
