Review content:
My daughters and I were excited for a get away from home, but disappointed when there was only one bed in the room for all three of us. We did book the hotel through Hotwire, but I clearly specified that it would be one adult and two children. The front desk was no help and I was told my only option was to pay $15 for a rollaway bed. Two evenings with a 10 year old, a 6 year old, and a grown woman in one bed may seem more like an ordeal than a vacation.
That said, when the phone in the room wasn't working a very nice man came to fix it immediately (and showed more sympathy for our bed situation than the front desk). Still, I won't be recommending this hotel anymore to our friends and family who visit us in Portland. Warning: expect to be treated as a third-class citizen if you book at a discounted rate.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Staff is not helpful or friendly (with one exception)
