After experiencing problems with several chain jewelers, we were thoroughly satisfied with Mr. Glatz and his honesty, dependability, and insight when shopping for a gemstone. As opposed to many of the green salesclerks working at other stores who pressure the customer and pump up every item in effort to make the *big* sale, Mr. Glatz took his time to explain the pros and cons of each gemstone he had available so that we could find the right one for *us.* On top of that, he was friendly, down to earth, and seemed to have a great professional intuition regarding what we were looking for.
Needless to say, after careful deliberation and consultation with Mr. Glatz, we found the stone we wanted and couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.
