Review content:
I have never written a review online however, felt compelled to do so about Belltown Spine and Wellness and Dr. Scott Mindel. Let me start by saying I went in very skeptical about spine doctors and chiropractic in general. I was diagnosed over a year ago with a herniated L4 L5 and have had extremely frustrating pain and stiffness in my lumbar and thoracic areas of my back as a result. I have seen a ""world Renowned"" spinal surgeon in Atlanta along with other doctors over the past year. Not opting for surgery I received three epidural shots and all I was told was to do a series of physical therapy twice a day and that it would improve.
Well it did not.
I have been seeing Dr. Mindel for about two months and while my back is not back to 100% yet I have noticed an absolute improvement. I have noticeably less pain and stiffness and I can sleep through the nigh and wake up without pain. Although I don't understand some of the chiropractic techniques and some of the therapy looks midieval, Dr. Mindel is methodical, deliberate and caring and his staff is professional and fun. I would highly recommend Belltown Spine and Wellness...
