I brang my tv wanting to use a local repair shop. First off, he called my home and was rude to my daughter demanding that I pick up the TV because it could not be repaired. I tried calling later and left a message for him to call me back. When I did not get a response, I called later in the evening. He answered and told me he was closed and would have to call back. I called again Monday morning but he told me he was not open for another 30 minutes. I called later and he told me that the power supply was bad, the company was out of business and he could not repair it. He also told me if one could be located it would cost more than $250. when I picked up the tv, he tried to convince me to buy one of his repaired tv's and junk mine. I asked for the model number off the power supply and he told me that he didnt have it. I took the tv home, removed the back, obtained the model number and found a replacement part in 5 minutes for $70.00. He was a jerk on the phone and in person. Do not bring your tv to this shop!!!!!
