I am not going to lie, this is probably the cleanest and nicest place I've EVER been tanning. I used to go out of town a lot and check out salons while I was out and the places I went to had horrible service, the employees looked like they didn't want to be there, and the beds were rarely clean. So I come back home to Sterling Heights Michigan and I notice there is a new salon down the road called The Bulb. So I figure, hey I'll check it out. I was BLOWN away. This place is AMAZING!!! As soon as I enter the door, ""Hi how are you doing today?"" I was in shock, because nobody had ever acknowledged me walking in the door, they would usually wait until I said, hello, can I tan? So we get introduced and I let them know that I've been tanning for a while and that most of the places I went to, I completely despised. The employee takes me and walks me to the back and starts giving a full tour of the place. They have levels 3 through 9! I go to places and they only have 1 2 and 3 to offer, this place has a Level freakin' 9!! I was sold, this place was clean, legit, and full of the friendliest people I've ever met. The pricing there is not bad at all, if you expect to get what you pay for. Sure, you're paying 2 dollars to tan in a level 1 for 30 minutes at some other place like Image Sun, but that bed will WRECK your skin. I didn't know anything about lotion or eyewear until I went there. Every other place failed to tell me all of the dangers of tanning. And I don't know if every place does it, but every one of their employees is certified with a smart tan group, they took some test and they all know EVERYTHING about tanning. This place a definite must to anybody who is thinking of tanning.
Pros: Customer Service, cleanliness, time frame.
