I needed to find a refrigerator repair technician, so I looked here on the internet. Most of the reviews on Washer Wizzards were positive - and more importantly, I was very impressed with the honest response that Washer Wizzards posted in response to its ONE unfavorable review and that the company never serviced the unit in question compaired to hundreads of 5 star reviews..so I gave them a try. I called on a Monday, the technician was at the house the same day, and completely corrected the problem at that time. Moreover, this repair was for a rental property we own, and I was very pleased that Washer Wizzards not only called me to review the charges before proceeding with the work, but they worked with our tenants to pick a good time for the service call. All in all, I was extremely impressed and will definitely use them in the future for appliance repair work!
