I just closed on a rental property purchase. Lynea knows her stuff and fought for me. As a first timer, I did not know a Realtor, had interviewed several, but a friend recommed Hinchman Real Estate to me. That they have been in the business a long time and know their stuff is what I was told. Boy was my friend right. With the property tax issues in La Porte County, she fought and got me the goods. I learned so much and plan to use her excusively in the future.
