DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I cried and cried after they came to my home. Everything in my bedroom, furniture, new TV, everything was covered in porcelain glaze and it wouldn't come off with regular cleaning products. After 2 trips, then couldn't get my shower bottom smooth. It had sharp pieces of something in it so we can't stand on it. I had already given them a check when they left because it takes 24 hours to dry so I didn't know it wasn't right the second time. They said they would refund my money since I have to get a new shower but they didn't. My insurance adjuster gave me their name because it cost less than our deductible since there were cracks in the fiberglass bottom of the shower. I had to tell him that they even signed a paper saying they would refund the money and after several weeks, still hasn't. I am very unahppy with this whole experience and now I still have to pay a dedutible for a new shower plus pay for the new hardware for one as that isn't covered.
