I really feel right at home at this store. The service is great, and the employees not only know all about their product, but they really listened to me. I bought an engagement ring here, and they had it set in the store within 24 hours. The setting was gorgeous, and the one carat I bought was GIA certified. They really took time to listen to what I wanted, and got me in the exact item I asked for. There were so many things to choose from, and when I picked the ring, it was even better than my fiance expected. They took very good care of me, and everything was so much easier than other stores. They never crammed anything down my throat, and I really appreciated their service. The sales person took time to find me exactly what I wanted. When the diamond came in, it was everything I would have expected from a high end jewelry store without the price. The ring had to be sized down, and it wasn't exactly the right size, because I wasn't quite sure. It was about a 1/4 of a size off, and when I gave it to my girlfriend, it was to big, but that was no problem. The next day I brought it in and they had it done for me by the end of the day and it fit her perfectly. I am very impressed with this company. You don't get service like this anymore. They were really busy when I walked in, but they greeted me, asked me to have a seat, and I'll tell you it was worth the wait.
