This company advertises that they do NOT charge you if they don't fix the problem, with a promise that they don't charge by the hour, but by the job. I had a tech come to my office to fix 3 problems. He spent an hour but was only able to fix one of them (which was the easiest to resolve), yet I was charged for a full hour's labor despite the fact that two of my three issues remained unresolved. Very fraudulent advertising indeed. I would avoid this company at all costs
