I went in to get their good deal of 2 for $99. I quickly found two pair I liked and they made the glasses in less than an hour. However, they were wrong. They told me since it was a new script I would just have to get used to them, so I tried. The same day the lenses would not stay in the glasses so I went back and they remade both glasses. Still not feeling like the script was correct after two days of wearing them. I went back in and they tested the glasses and one was correct and the other was wrong so they remade those. Still not right I went back to my eye doctor to make sure that the script was correct. He did a second exam and the script was correct. He had some issues with how the glasses were made and wrote some instructions for them. I again (for a third time) went back to have my two pairs of glasses remade. This time they only had enough lenses to make one pair. I told gave them the instructions from my eye doctor and told them he requested them to call before making anymore glasses for me. They went ahead and made them without talking to my eye doctor, and guess what, they were still wrong. Then they told me since they were completly out of lenses they would have to wait 7-10 business days to get them in but while they waited they would contact my eye doctor and call me. The next day, at the end of the day, they still had not called me back so I called them. I got nothing but rude service, they literally told me they would call my doctor ""whenever they had time"" and that it was not a top priority. The weekend went by and so did Monday, still no call from them. I decided to call at the end of business on Tuesday. I asked their refund policy because at this point I was done with dealing with them. They asked if I had glasses I was unhappy with and I told them they had my glasses and didn't seem to care that I spent money on them and would like them. In the end they did refund my money but informed me that if they refund money to anyone they are no longer allowed to do business with them anymore. WOW!! Who would want to do business with a company like that anyways? So what started out as a positive experience quickly turned into a two week nightmare and now I have to start all over again.
