i have never been into working out but in may 2008, i signed up for this boot camp to give it a shot. i had tried gyms and personal trainers in the past and couldn't stick to them for more than a few weeks. i've now been doing boot camp for almost a year and i can't get enough. the group atmosphere is really encouraging and so is our instructor. she keeps us motivated and working hard. she is nurturing but knows when to push you. she is amazing at differentiating the work out for all fitness levels and needs. i describe boot camp as the pe class you had in high school and hated, but now you pay to take it and LOVE it. i even miss it on the weeks that we have off in between sessions. plus, you can't beat working out in fresh air as opposed to a stinky, stuffy gym. Pros: instructors, working out outdoors, variety Cons: i haven't found one yet
