I decided to save some time during the holidays, so instead of dropping my car off at my usual shop I went here for my oil change. BIG mistake!! I found the workers to be unfriendly and borderline rude. I thought the oil change went fine though. Well, about 2 weeks ago my husband noticed something leaking under my car. He got under the car and looked and noticed the plug in the oil pan was new and that's where the leak was coming from. They never mentioned they put in a new plug and why exactly did they need to do that? I've owned this car for 12 years and the plug has been perfectly fine till I took it to this place! When I called to question them, I was given a lame excuse and told I could bring my car back and they would check to see if it was leaking. Check to see IF it was leaking?? Come look at my driveway and you'll see that something is leaking. It wasn't leaking before I had my oil changed here. Now my car is at my regular shop having whatever they messed up corrected. And getting the oil changed 1000 miles early because they have to drain the oil to look at the plug. Now I?ll be paying for the time I tried to save, my regular shop isn?t going to correct this for free. I didn't want to take it back to Tolsdorf because I was afraid that would cause more damage, they've done enough now.
