It's hard to describe how terrible this place is in under 150 word but here goes. had a private halloween party here and could not have been more disappointed. to begin with my 100+ guests were herded into the back area where our open bar was tended to by ONE, count em ONE bartender. Needless to say drinks took forever to get, the overworked bartender was bitchy (can't blame her), the drinks we got were watered down and only served one at a time. The event coordinator promised me a number of free bracelets for organizing the party...they never happened bc I was told the event coordinator was let go and they could no longer honor her agreements. The management advertised a costume contest that NEVER happened. As all this crap is happening imagine now it's all happening to an f'n bonjovi/britney spears soundtrack. I can go on forever...... REALLY!
