I have been to a number of upscale salons in Santa Barbara and LA over my lifetime. All said the only way to get my hair a light blonde was to use bleach. However, bleach makes my hair texture turn to straw, so I have been living with this brassy reddish color for years. NOT ANYMORE!!! BRITTANY without bleach did her magic and voila, I am a perfect beige blonde. This girl is a chemist extraordinaire! She was an educator with Schwartzkoff prior to coming to Gillian's. And the results don't stop there. My hair over the years has been getting very very dry. Gillian has a product line that made my hair feel llike silk, no easy task. The girls at this salon know their stuff. Why go to salons with less expertise in process and product? I am a total convert.
