I went to Banfield Hospital in PetSmart because I had a coupon and thought their wellness program sounded good.
Well it was a scam and I lost $170 plus my credit will be ruined with hundreds more.
My former cat died at Citrus Park Animal Hospital where I went for 16 years. They were so kind to me and my Sheba. They took care of the cremation. And surgery was charged only at low amount even though much surgery had been done before I agreed to euthanize Sheba. Dr Brooks was so kind on the phone, they sent me a beautiful card and a rose was delivered in her memory. The clerks were super in handling her death and treating me with respect.
So I am back at Citrus Park, with my new kitty adopted from a shelter getting the best care from Dr.Brooks at reasonable prices. Not gouged me like Banfield. I recommend them to everyone that has a pet.
