After bringing my dog here a few times his paws were sore, but chalked it up to him playing on asphalt all day. Then, he was there for day care one day and when he got home we noticed a HUGE quarter-size bloody scab under his armpit. When I called to asked what had happened no one had seen, heard, or noticed anything that may have caused that.....very hard to believe. They stated if anything had happened they would tell us when we picked him up. Because i was going away in 2 weeks I didn't have time to find a new place to board him for the weekend and he stayed there. When we brought him home, I noticed 3 to 4 gashs on his snout...then noticed a huge scratch on his nose, and a bubble (I assume from a bite) on his ear. All were definitely cleaned before we picked him up....nothing was ever mentioned to us. I didn't bother calling the second time because I didn't want to hear their BULLSH*T again!! He will NEVER go back.
