Review content:
I used this company for a 'move-in clean' based on a recommendation from my broker. They were scheduled to do a 'deep cleaning' of my house, refrigerator and stove pre move-in (i.e. there was no furniture). I have a lot of custom cabinets/shelves in my kitchen, living room and bedroom which was one of the reasons I specifically wanted to hire a professional cleaning company. They charged me over $600 for 3 people to clean for 6-7 hours each. When I returned there was old food in the refrigerator (all they had done was wiped a wet rag on the shelves), dustballs in the cabinets (they hadn't even attempted to clean all those shelves!) and a dirty/greasy stove (you could literally see the old grease and just to prove a point there were old french fries in the bottom of the stove!). It was awful. I had to call and have the manager come back to do the cleaning himself! Even he admitted he was apalled at what was neglected. Worse part is, they wouldn't refund part of what I paid (because I had to clean all those shelves myself since I was moving and unpacking the next day which was a weekend and I couldn't have someone back until the next week).
